Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd first began training in combat sports as young as 14. In addition to BJJ training as well, she was also trained in wrestling, boxing and kickboxing. When she was 18, Ladd made her amateur debut at WCFC. Ladd took advantage of this win and began a 3 fight winning streak at Ultimate Reno Combat finishing her opponents inside the first round of all fights. In WCFC Ladd fought, she defeated Leslie Rodriguez with a unanimous vote. Aspen defeated Silvia Babaeghian Maddy Simmons and Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 before taking on Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 Cynthia defeated Aspen by unanimous decision. It left a blemish on her record as an amateur. Ladd rebounded from her loss with a win over Roma Pawelek in Tuff-N'-Uff, bringing her record up to 8-1. Aspen was signed to Invicta FC in 2015 to start her journey in professional boxing. She fought Ana Carolina Vidal at Invicta FC 11, where she dominated her, securing a first-round TKO. Invicta Combat Championships 16, Aspen won her next bout with Amanda Cooper through a second-round Armbar submission. Aspen's dazzling wrestling ability defeated McGill, and she managed to finish her in the third round by TKO (elbows as well as punches). Aspen was then in a fight with Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18, weighing weight of catchweight (138.1lb) in the event that Ladd was unable to reach her weight. However, Aspen was able to dominate Hoy. She finished her with a TKO after the second round. Invicta FC, 21 was her final promotion bout. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks won by unanimous vote. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to debut. She faced Linalansberg during UFC Fight Night 118. She was a step ahead of Lina and then pounded her on the ground for a second-round TKO victory. Her next fight, against Tonya Evinger in UFC 229, her victory was more spectacular. Ladd defeated Evinger within the first few seconds and was awarded a prize for her performance on the night. She fought her first big fight in The UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. Ladd took home the night's main event fight bonus fight after the two fighters engaged in hard in a tense combat. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie ended Ladd within 16 seconds, breaking her losing streak. Yana Knitskaya lost in the 3rd round at UFC 7.7 on ESPN. She fought Norma Dumont as a substitute during her final fight against the UFC in UFC Fight Night 195. The decision was made unanimously in her favor.
