Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese business owner living in Orange County in California. Alongside my amazing partner JP and the happy-go lucky father Henry. The majority of people know me via my Instagram @annephung where I share my daily life, the highs, the lows and everything in between. My family moved to America. When I was of one and a quarter, I joined my parents. In the hope of having the best life possible I wanted to try my best to please them and was focused on achieving my goals. My goal was to go to school, graduate and get a good job. After that, I was looking for to have a family and a wife. That was my ideal of what success would look like. But the reality of life changed my plans. The money and the status of my job didn't make me feel happy. I was convinced that I had wasted my time for a paycheck. As I began to move toward a new direction in my life, I discovered the importance of personal training and that's my passion. I have a love for exercise, enjoy being with people and help people. My business was founded in the year 2014. I am celebrating my seven-year anniversary in this calendar year. It's not common to see an Asian woman in this business. My goal is to become a catalyst within the business to offer the best coaching and guidance to help others to become a healthier and happier them by creating an environment that is sustainable and meets the individual needs and desires. Additionally, I want to encourage individuals to follow their goals and achieve all they wish to achieve in their lives. As I started my career, the death of my mom was the most devastating hit to my personal life. She won her eight-year struggle with Scleroderma. She is now resting in Heaven and I'll remain close to her in my heart. The lessons of life are often hidden from us however they are very valuable. The passing of my mother has altered my life in many different ways. It is my belief that my death provided me with an opportunity to begin an entirely new chapter. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. The opportunity was there to begin her new life which gave me another chance to live living a happy and fulfilling life. What I'm experiencing now in my 30s is a feeling of awe and vitality. It's as if that I'm living my life, rather than just surviving. My experiences are shared with me so that I may be able to share my stories and thoughts. It will allow you to realize that you're not on your own. You're capable of accomplishing anything you wish in your life. Therapy is essential and normal. Health is the greatest riches. Since death is the only thing we have in life I wish you a great time in living your life to the fullest and leave with no regrets.
